Your 30-Minute Appointment Block
Prep & Privacy: Enjoy a quick check-in to set your goals, followed by time to comfortably undress to your comfort level in a private room.
The Treatment (10–20 Minutes): Simply lie back and relax in the red light bed. The therapy is painless and non-invasive, offering a gentle, soothing warmth while you rest. We will assist you with the bed settings.
Zero Downtime: Use the remaining time in your 30-minute block to get dressed at your own pace. You can resume your day immediately!
What to Wear
For Maximum Results: Because it is a full-body bed, most patients choose to undergo the session in their undergarments, a swimsuit, or completely nude. Your room is 100% private. Exposed skin yields optimal results. Eye protection is highly recommended. You may provide your own or purchase from a variety of options we offer.
Alternative Options: If you prefer to stay clothed, wear minimal items like running shorts and a sports bra.
Skin Prep: Please ensure your skin is clean and free of makeup, thick lotions, or sunscreens, as these block the light.
